R8 Massage Roller

The R8 Massage Roller was designed to fit a wide range of athletes. It can be used to provide a deep tissue massage to different muscle groups such as the IT Band, hip adductors, qauds, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, calves and shins. The R8 Massage Roller can be used to provide a flushing effect for improved circulation as well as break up muscle adhesions and tight spots.  Roll Recovery's goal in designing the R8 Massage Roller was to create a tool with force built into it, easy to use and mobile enough to use anywhere.
